In my B.EE at Univerity of Detroit Mercy , we took physics and electro-magnetics.  I started watching Dr. Susskind’s videos on physics as a refresher to what I learned.   He makes Phyiscs fun.  Takes a lot of the math out of it.   Gives you a good basis to what to dive deeper into physics in the future.  Yes, he does use calculus and differential equations at various points of his discussions.

Uncertainity Principle: the principle that the momentum and position of a particle cannot both be precisely determined at the same time.

How to explain it? Any experiment can only cause the condition you are tryng to prove didn’t happen.

So to see the particle at rest, you would need to hit it with a photon to energize it to see it,  so the force of hitting it will cause it to move.
